Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 cup Jack Fruit (by GAMESWAN)
    1 serving Bread - Sunbeam Enriched White Bread (2 slices)
    2 serving Follow Your Heart - Vegan Mayo (1 tbsp = 1 serving)
    2 tbsp Parsley Flakes (by LOGANKITTY98)
    2 serving McCormick's Old Bay Seasoning (by ANDRAXIA)
    1 serving egg replacer (ener-g) 1.5 tsp (by BMICHELLE1388)

Directions

Shred or chop jackfruit, set aside. Prepare egg replacer. Mix all ingredients well. Separate into 4 sections and lightly pat into a cake. Broil for 10 minutes on one side or fry until browned and heated through.
