Introduction

    1 medium diced (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, (red)
    2 Jalapeno Peppers minced without seeds.
    1 small Onions, raw, minced
    1.5 cup chopped Summer squash, small
    1.5 cup, chopped Zucchini, small
    3 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice

Tips

For a main dish, add protein of your choice.


Directions

Wash & chop vegetables.
Dump into serving bowl.
Splash with lime juice.
Season to taste.
Toss to mix ingredients.
Allow to marinate for an hour.

Optional: cook until tender.
