Used yogurt instead of milk. Used yogurt instead of milk.

Ingredients

    3.0 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    2.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    0.25 serving great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c.

Directions

Boil potatoes for 20 minutes, drain water. Add butter and yogurt and mash. Season with pepper and sea salt.

    I don't use milk for mashed potatoes, instead I use the water I cooked the potatoes in. There isn't that much water. I will try the yogurt and maybe whip them. I use Yukon Gold potatoes for mashed. - 5/30/21
