Ingredients

    454 Grams Ground beef
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2 medium Carrots, raw
    6.5 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    1 cup Beef broth no sodium added
    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    0.5 tsp Salt
    2 clove Garlic

Directions

1. Brown the beef and a medium skillet over medium heat breaking it up as it cooks until mostly cooked through. 2. Add the onion to the beef and continue cooking until meat is completely cooked through. 3. Drain the grease and add the beef and onion to a 5 quart crockpot. 4. Add the celery carrot garlic cabbage beef broth Italian seasoning and salt to the crockpot and cover. 5. Cook on high for four hours. Serving Size: 6 servings
