Ingredients

1 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped (but not minced)
1/4 cup Egg Beaters or 1 whole egg
    2 Tbsp dried parsley
    2 tsp Curry powder
    1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
3 slices Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread made into soft bread crumbs

Directions

In a non metallic bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours to allow flavors to mix and meat to become firmer.
Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking oil spray and heat skillet over medium heat(I used an electric skillet for heat control).
Form meat into 6 patties and place in skillet. Brown 5 minutes and turn. Repeat until juices run clear and meat is browned on the sides.
*Serve on a whole wheat bun with condiments of your choice.

*I topped mine with sautéed portobella mushroom and Vidalia onion slices and spread Dijon white wine mustard on the bun. Can't wait for dinner today! (:-D
