Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c. corn
    2 c. shredded cheese
    3 c. rice

Directions

Brown ground beef. Add taco mix, tomato sauce, tomatoes, and salt. let simmer 3 minutes. add corn and heat thoroughly.
serve by placing spoonful of rice; top with ground beef mixture. sprinkle with shredded cheese.
