Introduction
Recently, in Glen Ellen, CA I had the Sonoma Salad the Glen Ellen Inn. It was so good, that I figured out how to make the Honey Dijon Vinaigrette to serve on a bed of lettuce, chopped grapes, apples and blue cheese. I made a few substitutions to reduce fat.I am fortunate to shop for all of my ingredients at my local Trader Joe's. Recently, in Glen Ellen, CA I had the Sonoma Salad the Glen Ellen Inn. Ingredients

1 oz. Raw Whole Cashews
1 oz. Unsalted Dry Toasted Sliced Almonds
1 cup seedless red grapes, sliced in half
1 oz. dried cranberries
1 Apple, diced
2 oz. fat-free crumbed feta cheese
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
Directions
1 Prep all fruits and washed lettuce.
3 Toss with a serving of 1 tablespoon Honey Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing.
