Ingredients

    1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans
    1 cup onions, 1 c green peppers
    1 can tomatoes, 1 sm can tomato sauce
    1 10z pkg of frozen mixed vegetables
    4 0z red wine, 2 cloves garlic, 2 clv garlic
    4 turkey sausages, 2 tbs olive oil
    1.5 c pearl barley, 4 c chicken broth

Directions

Saute turkey sausages, cut into two inch pcs
remove from pan
Saute onion and green peppers until onions are
transparent
Add rest of ingredients
Cook at least 40 minutes
