    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk or cream ( I used fat free half and half)
    1/2 lg. green pepper
    1/4 c. mayo
    1/2 c. bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. swiss cheese
    1/2 c. cheddar
    1/2 pound immitation crab
    1/2 lg. onion
    1 t salt
    1/2 t pepper


in a medium bowl combine everything together. Pour into greased pie plate.
Bake uncovered for 40 min. at 350. let stand a few min. before cutting. You can experiment with different meats and cheeses.
