Introduction

Ingredients

    10 oz (1/2 package) of frozen, unsweetened strawberries, mixed berries, peaches, etc
    1/8-1/4 cup Splenda or sugar (to taste)
    1/3 cup half and half (or to desired texture)

Directions

Combine the frozen strawberries and Splenda or sugar in a food processor. (Sugar not included in nutrition count). Process until the fruit is roughly chopped. With the processor running, slowly pour in the heavy cream until fully incorporated. Serve immediately, or freeze a few minutes for a firmer texture.

Makes 4 single scoops.

    Excellent, and it uses real food. I have tried strawberry, blackberry !!!!!!!, peach, mixed berry, and blueberry. All were very good, but blackberry was the big winner. If I had black raspberries it would be another winner. - 7/12/11
