    2 cups lentils, rinsed
    2 cans fat free chicken broth (4 cups)
    6-8 cups water
    *Cook on med for 1/2 hour

    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp salt (optional)
    1 tsp pepper

    3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
    1 cup grated carrots
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cups finely chopped fresh spinach
    1 pkg (5) Jennie-O Hot Italian Turkey Sausages, cooked and cut in small pieces


Cook lentils with broth and water on medium heat for 30 minutes, then add spices, veggies and sausage. Simmer an additional 30 minutes then enjoy!
