Introduction

This is REALLY high protein and very hearty. Leftovers are great to take to work for lunches. This is REALLY high protein and very hearty. Leftovers are great to take to work for lunches.

Ingredients

    1.25 lb Ground Turkey
    14 oz (1 box) Barilla Plus Rotini
    small can tomato paste
    small can tomato sauce
    small can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    Worcestershire sauce
    5 stalks celery, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    4 cloves garlic, pressed or minced


Directions

Brown turkey in a skillet. When it's about 75% finished, toss in the onions and celery so they can soften a bit. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Once the pasta is drained, you can start adding the turkey and veggies, along with the spices and tomato products and Worcestershire. Just make sure everything mixes together well! I like to use some onion salt in this as well (of course you can throw in whatever spices suit your fancy!)
