Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Mix together:

    1c. flour
    1c. Splenda blend (can use all sugar)
    1 tsp. baking powder

    Add to dry ingredients:

    1 egg, beaten

    Mix thoroughly - mixture will be both dry and doughy in spots.

    Slice apples and place in bottom of pie pan or 8 x 8 pan. Cover with above mixture. Drizzle with 1/2 stick of oleo, leaving some places dry - the oleo should not cover the whole topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes - you can test with toothpick.
