Healthy and quick to make, this could be a main dish for lunch or a side dish. I like this with whole wheat crackers, like Ak-Mak. Ingredients

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
50g feta, crumbled
1 medium tomato, 12 grape tomatoes, or about 8 cherry tomatoes
2 tsp of balsamic vinegar, or to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Serves 2 as a main dish.
If you have a large tomato, dice it. For grape or cherry tomatoes, quarter them,
