Ingredients

    Crust:
    2/3 cup water
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3/8 tsp salt
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup whole-wheat flour
    1 teaspoon yeast

    Toppings:
    1 1/2 cups pasta sauce
    1 1/2 cups part-skim shredded mozzarella
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp oregano (fresh or dried)

Directions

Place crust ingredients in bread machine in order given. Make dough in bread machine following machine directions. Brush baking pan with 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Roll out dough and place on pan. Brush entire crust with remaining olive oil. Spread sauce. Top with cheese and oregano. Bake at 450 F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Makes 12 slices.

    Very Good
    My family is usually wary of whole wheat pizza crusts because they think they are tasteless. I tried this the other day and there was not a slice left. My family loved it. - 9/15/08
