Ingredients


    Asparagus, fresh, 16 spear, medium
    Portabella Mushrooms, 4 caps sliced
    Onions, raw, 2 medium sliced 1/4 inch rings
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash


Directions

Preheat oven to 400*. Toss veggies in oil and spread in baking dish sprikle with pepper or any other seasoning you like and roast for 15 minutes until crusty and brown.
