Ingredients

    1 slightly beaten egg
    2 T milk
    1/2 c fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t dried oregano, crushed
    1/4 t black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
    1/2 c crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
    1/4 c oil-packed dried tomatoes, drained and snipped
    3 T bottled pizza or pasta sauce

Directions

cooking time 7-8 hours on low
or 3 1/2 to 4 on high

4-6 servings


1. In a medium bowl combine egg and milk. Stir in bread crumbs, salt, oregano, pepper and garlic. Add ground turkey, feta cheese and dried tomatoes, mix well. Shape mixture into a 5 inch round loaf.

2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7 - 8 hours or high heat setting for 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
