Introduction

I have a lot of digestive problems. I've tried different things to remedy it and one day I stumbled upon a website dedicated to Aryuvedic Medicine. I read up on the body types and discovered I was a Vata type. This is loosely based on the dietary recommendations from that website. I'm lactose intolerant so this is a nice substitute for yogurt. Ingredients

    1 Large Banana
    1 Large Orange
1 cup Europe's Best 4 Field Berry Mix, frozen
1/8 light soy milk (plain or vanilla is fine)

Directions

-Mix banana and orange in food processor ( this keeps it thicker than a blender).
-Mesure one cup of the frozen berries ( it is important to use them frozen, for the thickness).Mix these also in the food processor. -Mix all the fruits and 1/8 cup ( or to desired consistency. I like less milk so it is thicker).
-Enjoy!
