PREHEAT OVEN 375 DEGREES LINE PAN WITH ALUMINUM FOIL AND SPRAY PLACE RACK IF PREFER AND SPRAY

PLACE CRUMBS AND RANCH SEASONING ON PLATE AND MIX PLACE MILK IN ANOTHER BOWL FOR DIPPING

DIP CHICKEN IN MILK THEN COAT WITH CRUMB MIXTURE PLACE IN PAN OR COOKIE SHEET SPRAY WITH COOKING SPRAY AND BAKE FOR20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE

i SERVE THIS ALONG SIDE ROASTED POTATOES AND MY LOWFAT BROCCOLI

    Incredible!
    Very delicious & flavorful. I substituted special K cereal for the bread crumbs. I also put a bowl of warm water in the oven to help keep the chicken from drying out too much, which did add to the cooking time, but I think it was worth it. - 2/5/13
