A delicious and light salad for those who love peas. A delicious and light salad for those who love peas.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (8 oz)
    1 cup snow pea pods
    1 cup sugar snap peas
    1 cup frozen baby sweet peas
    1/2 cup light mayo
    1.5 tablespoons dried basil
    1 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Cook macaroni to package directions. Add peas during last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain and rinse in cold water until cool.
In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Add peas and macaroni to mixture in bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

* Goes great with salmon or chicken!
