Ingredients

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup mayonaise or salad dressing (not sure if fat free would work so well)
3 small apples, chopped into bite size pieces
3 celery ribs, chopped into bite size pieces
1.25 cups cashew half and pieces (about one small can)
Directions
Mix sugar and mayo together until smooth. Add chopped apples, celery, and cashews. Stir until coated. Serve immediately.
Can add extra celery or apples if desired. Store in refridgerator and use as soon as possible because cashews and apples get soft.
Serves 8-10 1/2 cup servings.
