Ingredients

    about five or six apples peeled and sliced
    a half cup of frozen unsweetened blueberries
    about four teaspoons of Sugar Twin White Sugar
    About a quarter cup of instant oatmeal

Directions

Peel and slice the apples into a small baking dish. Add blueberries and top with oatmeal and sugar twin. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about thirty minutes covered in foil and another fifteen minutes uncovered. Servings 5-6.

    Tried this in the microwave. Excellent. Used Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 3 tsp. Topped in with light whipped cream. Felt totally decadent. - 6/5/10

    I made this, but I used Stevia because artifical sweetener are so bad for you. And I added nutmeg and cinnamon to it. IT's amazing! - 11/1/11
