Ingredients

1 can 98% fat free chicken broth
4 cups diced peeled potatoes
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onions
1 tbsp. ham base
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
5 cups frozen cream corn (2pkgs.)
3 cups skim milk
1/3 cup instant dry milk powder
1 tbsp. canola oil
Directions
Directions:
Cook chopped onions and celery in the oil until tender.
Add the chicken broth, ham base and potatoes
to the mixture. Cook until potatoes are tender.
About 20 -25 minutes.
Add the corn to the pot. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir milk powder into the milk. Add the mixture to the pot and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
Using a hand blender, blend the soup to desired smoothness. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Servings: 6 (1 1/2 cups) of soup
If smaller servings are desired, this will make
9 (1 cup) servings.
