    old el paso jalapenos, 15 gram(s), sliced
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 cherry
    Red Onions 1 medium/small
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp
    chopped tinned tomatos, 120 gram(s)

Directions

Place all ingrediants in blender and blend until desired consistancy reached.

Makes 10 one heaped tbsp servings

    Incredible!
    I made this without the jalapeņo pepper, since I didn't have any. Even without them this was a fantastic twist on the traditional creamy cucumber salad! I loved it and used it even on tacos as a salsa. - 8/16/14
