Ingredients

    2 cups dry rice
    4 cups water
    1 can black beans
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1/2 cup ff mozeralla cheese

Directions

Put rice and water in rice cooker. When done add beans, tomatoes and stir. Put cheese on top and its done when cheese melts.
