Ingredients

    8 chicken thighs
    3 big spoons honey
    cup of water
    cup soy sauce
    garlic
    ginger
    tomato paste

Directions

place all ingredients in a glass bowl cover and refridgerate for about an hour longer if you can stir the ingredients once or twice in the hour to stop the honey forming on the bottom of the dish
then put all the ingredients in an ovenproof dish and cook uncovered for about an hour basting twice during cooking the liquid will be almost gone when it is ready
