Ingredients

    3 6 oz, cans tuna (in water), drained
    2.5 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

Makes 5 125-gram burgers.

Combine rice and tuna and mix well. Form tuna into five large balls and flatten to patties.
Heat a skillet to medium heat. Add two patties and cook 5 minutes on each side until browned.

To bake: preheat the oven to 375 F and place patties on a cookie sheet, cook until browned, (about 15 minutes).
