Introduction

This is my basic breakfast smoothie recipe.. it is super easy, sweet and frothy. It can be easy modified by changing the yogurt flavor, adding a banana, or changing the frozen fruit! Ingredients

    1- 6 oz light yogurt
    1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries
    1 teaspoon splenda (or to taste if you like it extra sweet)
    2 ounces juice (I often use apple juice because we always have it in our house!!)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency. I normally add juice until the smoothie is of desired consistency.

    Please watch the splenda intake. It has been investigated to cause different types of cancer in people. Try a different sugar substitue instead. - 9/16/08
