Cake which tastes like tea! Cake which tastes like tea!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    6 Tea bags or 150g tea leaves
    100ml boiling water
    50g sugar
    100g melkted butter
    200g flour
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsps baking soda

Directions

makes 15 1cm slices

1. brew the tea with the water
2 mix all the ingredients together
3. bake in a 1lb loaf tin for 30 mins in a moderat eoven or until springy
