Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cans of tuna
    6 stalks of celery
    half an onion
    relish - about 1/5 TBSp
    Brown mustard - I use gulden's - about 1.5 TBSP
    Mayo - 1 TBSP - if that.

Directions

chop up the celery and onions into crunchy bits. Add relish must and mayo and mix up. Then using your fingers piece in the tuna (after pressing all the water out of the can of course) then mix it up with a spoon.

Separate out into 1 cup or .5 cup servings for the week - and voila you've got lunch!
