Introduction

This was given to me by my grandmother. You can add flour to the mixture to make heavier noodles. I use this for four plates/bowls. It can be spread to a less size for a total of 8 servings. Ingredients

    Flour - 4 cups

    Water - 2 cups

    Eggs - 2 medium

    Salt - just a dash

Directions

Mix flour, water, salt and eggs together. Have a large pot of boiling water ready.

Take your Spätzle Press and place mixture in the opening. Press the noodles out into the boiling water.

If you do not have a Presser, take a spoon and scoop out small amounts of the mixture and place in the water.

Cook until the noodles float.

Remove from the water and run under cold water to stop the noodles from over cooking.
