Introduction

Naturally sweetened, includes walnuts (optional, but the calories will change). The entire serving is high in calories, so I usually save half for later or give it to one of my kids. Ingredients

Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.5 cup
    Banana, fresh, .5 cup, mashed
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Apricots, dried, .25 cup, halves
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 cup water

Directions

Put all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. I usually mix all my ingredients together then let it sit and soak until my kids are all ready for school--anywhere between half an hour and an hour. Then I cook it. I feel like the oats are softer this way.
