Fast and easy salmon patties. Fast and easy salmon patties.

Ingredients

    1 sleeve of saltines
    1 can of salmon
    1 large egg
    cooking spray of your choice

Directions

Crush saltines. Debone salmon (if desired). Mix salmon, cracker crumbs, and egg in bowl. Form patties. Cook in skillet until crisp on the outside.

Makes 7 patties.
