Ingredients



    * Ground beef, lean, 14 oz
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
    * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    * KROGER Meatloaf Seasoning Mix, 10 tsp

    ketchup and barbecue sauce on the top

Directions


* Ground beef, lean, 14 oz
* Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
* Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
* Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
* KROGER Meatloaf Seasoning Mix, 10 tsp
Mix and bake 350 for 60 min in a rectangle bread baking dish. Add topping in the last 10 min of cooking.

Topping
Ketchup 1 cup
Honey B-B-Que 1 tbsp.
