Ingredients

1.5 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
1 bottle Lawry's Italain Garlic Marinade
1 bag of Bird's eye mixed vegetables ( Broccoli,califlower,carrots.)
4 small potatoes, scrubbed and clean
Directions
1. Marinade the pork tenderloin at least 2 hours
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3. Once pork is marinaded, Place tenderloin on a large baking pan.
4. Cut potatoes in small chunks. place on the pan with pork.
5. Place mixed vegetables on the same pan. Put them all around the pork.
6. Place in oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Serves 4-5 people
When you bake this dish the marinade in the meat soaks into the vegetables and it is wonderful.
