Introduction

Good Asian style veggies with tofu and soy sauce! Good Asian style veggies with tofu and soy sauce!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Tofu, extra firm (or your preference)
    Baby carrots, 1/2 a pound, sliced
    fresh broccoli, cut, 1 cup
    fresh mushrooms, 1 cup chopped or sliced
    bean sprouts, 1/2 cup
    water chestnuts, 1 cup slices
    Garlic Powder to taste
    Light Soy Sauce to taste (recommended 1/2 cup)

Directions

Cut tofu block into bite-sized squares, cut and chop veggies. Cook veggies and tofu with soy sauce, add garlic powder to taste when about half way done. Serve with wild rice or Asian style rice. Also good moo shu style in Light Tortillas. Feel free to add or substitute veggies to your liking.
