Ingredients

1 pat butter
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
dash salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups canned corn (2 15.25 oz cans), drained
Directions
1. Grease a 2-quart glass baking dish with 1 pat butter. For crispy corners use a rectangular dish, for consistent texture throughout, use a round dish.
2. Using a fork, slightly beat eggs in baking dish.
3. Add milk, sugar, salt, and pepper. Beat well.
4. Drain corn and add to dish. Mix well, shake baking dish to distribute kernels evenly.
5. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
