Ingredients

1/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup of onion, chopped
1/2 cup of celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
8 cups vegetable broth
1 package (2.5 servings) Morningstar Farms Meal Starters - Chik n
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
2 1/4 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk.
Directions
In a large sauce pan melt butter. Saute onion and celery until soft. Mix in flour, salt and pepper to make a paste. Slowly add vegetable broth. Bring mixture to a boil. Add Chik n and carrots. Return to a boil.
In a separate bowl mix together Bisquick and milk to make a dough. Using a teaspoon spoon dough into boiling liquid. Return to a boil. Turn heat down to simmer & cover. Let simmer 15 minutes.
Makes 8 approx 2-3 cup servings.
