Ingredients

    1 package Jennie-o Extra lean ground turkey
    1 Onion
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Jalapenos
    Chili Powder
    Ground cumin
    Ground coriander
    dried oregano leaves
    dried marjoram leaves
    cinnamon
    Can of chopped tomatoes
    Tomatoe paste
    Fresh Cilantro

Directions

Spray Pam in a large pot and brown turkey, onion, bell pepper, garlic, jalapeno and all spices. Once the turkey is fully cooked add 1 and a half cans (14.5 oz) of any chopped tomatoes, and 1 6 oz can tomatoe paste. Turn the burner down and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add cilantro and stir. You can top this with low fat or fat free cheese and sour cream.

    I was going to make this but I noticed there were no measurements on the spices and I didn't know if I should chop or mince the jalapeno and garlic. I really want to try this can someone help me out with this? Thanks - 3/3/11
