Number of Servings: 8


    8 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 small can Crushed Pineapple in Juice
    1 large package Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Vanilla pudding mix
    12 oz fat free Cool Whip
    9 inch graham cracker pie crust


Drain can of pineapple. Mix together sour cream, drained pineapple, vanilla pudding mix and half of the container of cool whip. Stir well. Spoon mixture into graham cracker pie crust. Top with remaining whip cream.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serves 8.

    I swear it tastes like cheesecake. Or at least really close to it.
