Introduction

Easy to make and wonderful to receive- a sweet and spicy treat made of dark chocolate, three types of chili pepper and a hint of cinnamon. Easy to make and wonderful to receive- a sweet and spicy treat made of dark chocolate, three types of chili pepper and a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients

    12 oz. dark chocolate (~45% cacao)
    1.5 T. cocoa powder
    2 T. crushed red peppers
    1 T. sweet paprika
    1 T. chili pepper
    1 T. cinnamon
    Topping: 1T.- 2T. crushed red peppers

Directions

Line an 11"x7"x2" bake dish with wax paper. Melt all ingredients in a double-boiler until completely melted and smooth. Spread chocolate into prepared bake dish. Sprinkle with crushed red peppers. Chill at least two hours or until firm. Slice or break into pieces.

Chili Chocolate Bark will keep up to two weeks in an airtight container in refrigerator.
