Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup hot sauce
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    3 Tbsp smart balance butter
    4 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
    2 whole chicken breast halves
    2 large whole wheat buns
    3 Tbsp lite ranch dressing

Directions

makes 2 sandwiches

Bring the first four ingredients to boil. Boil for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Set aside 1/4 cup of sauce. Marinade chicken with remaining sauce for 1 hour in a resealable bag in the refrigerator.

Grill covered for 5-6 minutes on each side basting with reserved sauce.

Serve on buns with ranch dressing.
