    8 eggs
    2 tsp water
    1.2 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
    1 cup mozzarella divided
    3 tbsp real bacon bits
    1/4 cup fresh basil


oven temp= 350
serves six

1. Mix eggs with water and beat. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir in tomatoes, half of the cheese, bacon, and basil. Pour into a greased nine inch pie plate, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

2. Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown on top.
