Ingredients

    1 pound 93% lean ground beef
    1 Can Kidney Beans (undrained)
    1 Can Black Beans (undrained)
    1 Can Pinto Beans (Undrained)
    1 16 oz Jar of Salsa Verde (choose your own mild, medium or hot)
    2 Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes
    1 Package Frozen Stir Fry Peppers (Red, Yellow and Green)
    6 Cloves Garlic
    1 Large Onion
    Cumin to Taste
    Chili Powder to Taste
    Cayenne Pepper to Taste
    Salt to Taste

Directions

Makes 8 - 2 cup servings.

Brown beef, onion and garlic in large soup pot, when beef is almost browned, add the pepper stir fry. Once vegetables thawed, add remaining ingredients. Let come to a rolling boil and reduce heat to simmer. Continue to simmer for about an hours. (This can also be cooked in a slow cooker - just brown your hamburger first.)
