2 cloves garlic minced
7.8 oz. all beef sausage (sliced)
8.6 oz bonless skinless chicken tenders (diced)
4 oz cooked salad shrimp
1 TBS Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup (dry) long grain brown rice
Cajun seasoning to taste
1 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes (undrained)
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
1 medium bell pepper chopped
1 TBS dried parsley
Directions
Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for 4-6 hous or low for 6-8 hours. Serve with warm bread or extra vegetables. (Not included in nutritional information)
