Ingredients

    1 can navy beans
    1 6oz can tuna, drained, broken into chunks
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, thinly sliced
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 tablespoons dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon tarragon
    2 teaspoons celtic salt
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until chilled.
