Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Barilla Plus Angel Hair, 12 oz Stewed
    4 cups water

    Olive Oil, 1 T
    Scallions, raw,1/2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves crushed

    Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 2 Cup (1 can)
    Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz - I used frozen, pre-cooked

    Basil, 4 tbsp crushed or dried
    Parmesan cheese, 2 T grated

Directions

1. Start water to boil pasta.
2. While waiting for water to boil, heat olive oil in a large saute pan.
3. Add chopped scallions. Cook until clear.
4. Add garlic. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
5. Add stewed tomatoes.
6. If water is boiling, add pasta.
7. After the pasta has boiled for about 4 minutes, in the saute pan, add the shrimp and basil to the tomato mixture. Continue to cook until the pasta has boiled for 6 minutes.
8. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on the tomato/shrimp mixture. Serve over pasta.
