    Broccoli Crowns-6-8 bunches
    Cherry Tomatoes- 6-8 each


Can adjust this to meet the needs of your party.

cut up broccoli crowns making sure that the tops are separated and there is some stem on each. Place the broccoli in boiling water and boil until tender/crisp. Drain- place in a bath of icewater- keeps the broccoli very green! Drain broccoli and shape it into a circle on a round platter.Decorate with cherry tomatoes. May serve some ranch or other dressing along with it. It is very festive looking and healthy!

    We need a picture! Maybe I'll try it and take a pic and post my own! I was thinking about red and green bell pepper strips for a healthy snack for a party - this sounds pretty and good too - great idea to parboil the broccoli - I think it's too dry completely raw. - 12/2/10
