Ingredients

    Butter, garlic powder, capers, pine nuts, shrimp, parmesan cheese, pepper, lemon juice, blanched mustard greens

Directions

Blanch mustard greens until soft, drain of all water. Mix butter, pine nuts, capers, garlic powder and pepper in large saute pan and simmer until butter sizzling. Add blanced mustard greens and shrimp. Saute shrimp 3 minutes then add lemon juice and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese dissolved and then add remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Saute until well dissolved and serve over angel hair pasta.
