Ingredients

    6 medium potatoes, washed and cubed
    2 medium Vidalia onions, chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 package of frozen mixed vegetables
    Soy or fish sauce (found in the Asian food section)
    Miso paste (found in the Asian food section)
    Wasabi paste (found in the Asian food section)
    Spicy brown mustard
    Water

Directions

Put 16 cups of water in a large pot. Add frozen vegetables, potatoes, garlic, and onions. Add soy or fish sauce, miso paste, wasabi paste, and spicy brown mustard to taste. Cook until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 2-cup servings.
